Returns & Shipping
At this time, we only deliver within the United Kingdom. We will let our customers know once we open in new geographies.
We deliver by courier. You will be notified via e-mail when your delivery is scheduled to arrive. We aim to deliver all products within 5 business days from order placement. Delays can occur and may be outside of our control as we outsource delivery. If your product has not arrived after 72 hours of the scheduled delivery date, please let us know at email@example.com and we will look into your order.
In the event your product has not arrived for 72 hours after the scheduled delivery date, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. It is the customer's responsibility to contact us within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date regarding any problems with delivery. Failure to notify us within this timeframe will result in the waiver of any rights to a refund.
Changes to your order
If you would like to make changes to your order (including: changes to products and quantities ordered, cancellations, changes in delivery address, etc.), please email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will issue full refunds for cancellations made within this time period; however, we have the right to refuse any changes to the original order communicated after 24 hours of order placement.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Unfortunately due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns. We acknowledge that delivery systems are imperfect, but in most cases our plants do great after receiving water and exposure to sunlight.
If you are unhappy with the condition of your Rosette Room arrangement please send us a photo and description within 72 hours of receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org. We try to look into all claims in short order, and in all circumstances we will look to compensate unhappy customers through refunds, product re-delivery or discounts on future purchases at our discretion.
Please understand that claims sent beyond 72 hours of receipt will not be eligible for a refund or re-delivery.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
On occasion, we offer products at discounted prices. These offers can be valid for new and / or existing customers, at our discretion. These discounts are only valid for the time period we set, at our discretion. Promotions and discounts are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or withdraw promotions and discount codes at any time, at our discretion. Discounts and promotions are not cumulative (only one can be used per order). Except where stated, discounts and promotions are only valid once per customer.
